Mr. Carpintero is a licensed acupuncturist and founder of OCAC. He completed his training in traditional Chinese medicine at the Acupuncture and Acupressure Institute in Miami, Florida in August 1999. During his almost ten years in practice he has helped many people regain their health, in many cases avoiding surgery and the consumption of massive dosages of medical drugs, utilizing traditional acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, oriental bodywork and other oriental medicine therapies.
One of Mr. Carpintero’s goals is to make Chinese medicine available to most people, including the hard working and often low income working class people. That’s why he decided to offer a day of community clinic where he offers low cost acupuncture treatments based on a scale-down price list.
